This Privacy Policy explains how Suzanne Hinton, Broker Associate with RE/MAX Premier Realty (“I,” “me,” or “my”), handles information in connection with the website at https://suzannehintonkc.com (the “website”).

By using the website, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information you choose to share. The website does not currently include a contact form, newsletter signup, or account registration. If you call or text me, or book a consultation, you may share information such as your name, phone number, email address, property details, and the questions or messages you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host this website may receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website that referred you. The hosting provider’s built-in analytics records overall visit counts, pages viewed, visit length, traffic sources, and visitor country and device type.

I use information to:

• respond to your calls, texts, and questions;
• provide the real estate information or services you request;
• schedule and hold consultations;
• operate, maintain, and secure the website; and
• understand overall website traffic so I can improve the website.

The website does not currently send marketing emails or newsletters.

The website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing tools. The hosting provider’s built-in analytics does not set cookies or store information in your browser, and it reports traffic in aggregate rather than building profiles of individual visitors.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

When you use the scheduling link, you leave this website for Calendly, which may use its own cookies under its own policies.

Some service providers receive information when you use the website or contact me:

• Website hosting (Lovable): receives technical visit information and provides the aggregate analytics described above.
• Google Fonts: receives technical information when fonts load.
• Calendly: receives the details you enter when you book a consultation.
• Phone and text messaging providers: carry your calls and texts to me.

I may also share information with RE/MAX Premier Realty, and with others involved in a transaction you ask me to help with, as needed to provide real estate services or when required by law.

I do not store visitor or client contact details in a customer database, contact-management system, or email marketing service.

I keep information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services you request, or meet legal requirements. I take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or method of transmission is completely secure.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you, subject to applicable law and any records I am required to keep. To make a request, use the contact information below.

The website links to other websites, such as Calendly and Google. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them. Please review their policies before sharing information.

The website is intended for adults buying or selling real estate. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I will change the effective date at the top of this page.
